A new streamlined structure – for better business
Interallis employs around 100
professional across SE Europe. Our
plan is to improve the operational
performance and achieve strategic
critical mass. The management is
setted up based on a matrix
organization.
Focussed business areas are each
managed by a business unit
manager, responsible for business
growth across the region in theirindustry
segment. The local
management responsibilities are
managed true local general managers. A
decentralised corporate management
team supervises, controls and
oversees all commercial,
procurement, logistics and legal operations.
At the same time, we believe that
local people in local markets give
added value to our customers and our
suppliers. In each country we
have a dedicated sales manager
supported by a sales team that
understands the specific needs of
their local customers and deals in
the languages that are most
convenient for them. They know the
market they are selling into and
provide high levels of local
service.
